Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. (1)はぼ直交する2本の直線を境界線として各々近接
    配置された4つの独立な受光素子からなる光検出器と、
    記録媒体の情報記録面を経た光束を前記光検出器の受光
    面に非点収束形態で導く光学系と、前記光検出器の4つ
    の受光素子の出力信号を演算する演算回路とを備え、前
    記演算回路の出力信号を焦点誤差信号とする焦点誤差検
    出装置であって、前記演算回路は、前記光検出器の受光
    面中心に関して対称な受光素子同士の出力信号を乗算し
    て1対の積信号を得る手段゛と、前記1対の積信号間の
    差信号を算出する手段とを備えたことを特徴とする焦点
    誤差検出袋゛   置。
  2. (2)前記演算回路は、前記4つの受光素子あ各出力信
    号を加算して和信号を得る手段と、前記和信号で前記差
    信号を除算する手段とを備えたことを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の焦点誤差検出装置。
