後スクラッチ模様を施し、然る後耐候変色性を付与する
ために溶剤型アクリルクリヤーあるいは二液混合型硬化
型ウレタン樹脂クリヤー等を塗布し、銅を変色させない
温度例えば室温で乾燥する方法が採用されている。

説明する。

であるので銅が変色しないものである。上記競付クリヤ
ーを25000で焼付けると約45秒後にクリヤーが硬
化し、2分間を過ぎると銅が変色し始め、2分3現砂後
には完全に変色する。従って銅を変色しないようにでき
るだけ低温できるだけ短短時間に硬化できる暁付クリヤ
ーを用いることが好ましい。凝付時間、温度は糠付クリ
ヤーの種類にもよるが、通常20000以上で3分間以
内に暁付けが完了する暁付けクリヤーを用いると、銅の
変色をすることなく暁付けできる。本発明において鋼製
品とは所謂鋼の他、鋼合金、銅〆ッキ物などが含まれ、
銅箔なようなものでもよい。

ものであり、しかも焼付クリヤーを塗布するだけで別に
防錆剤を塗布することなく防錆性を付与することができ
るものである。
