【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は金属基村1の表面に酸化処理、硫化処理などの
表面処理を施し、金属基材1の表面が湿潤状態を保って
いる表面処理完結前に水瀞性クリア層2を形成し、次い
でその上に競付クリア層3を形成することを特徴とする
金属製品の製造法に関するものであり、その目的とする
ところは金属基材の表面が均一な表面状態を保持ししか
も耐侯変色性に優れた金属製品の製造法を提供すること
にある。

せないような低温で処理できるクリアを塗布して銅の変
色を防いでいたが、かかる溶剤形クリアを用いると銅の
表面に傷がつき易く、また油分で汚染されるとクリアが
剥離して銅の充分な耐侯変色性が得られなかった。

2の表面には強籾な暁付クリア層3が形成されていた。
尚、水溶性防錆クリアを乾燥後水溶性防錆クリア層2の
表面にヘアーラィンを形成して粕面にすると暁付クリア
層3との接着性がより向上する。一方2分3栃砂以上蛾
付けを行なったところ鋼箔1は完全に赤色に変色してい
た。本実施例にあっては金属基材1の裏面に合成樹脂層
4が形成されているので金属基材1は表面からも保護さ
れるものである。間、本発明にあっては必要に応じて鋼
箔の表面処理した後ブラシなどによってスクラツチ模様
などを施してもよい。また金属基材としては鋼箔の他に
銅以外の金属に銅〆ッキをしたもの、合成樹脂層に銅を
蒸着したものなどを用いることができる。暁付クリアと
してはアクリル系の他アルキツド系あるいはポリエステ
ル系のものなどが用いられる。暁付クリアの暁付け条件
は暁付クリアの種類によって異なるが、要は銅を変色さ
せることなく短時間で暁付クリアを硬化させることが必
要であって通常は200qo以上の高温で3分間以内に
競付けを完了させる。本発明にあっては金属基材の表面
に酸化処理、硫化処理などの表面処理を施し金属基材の
表面が湿潤状態を保っている表面処理完了前に水溶性ク
リア層を形成するので、金属基材の表面が空気酸化され
ていない均一な表面状態を保持した損がつき縫い金属製
品を得ることができ、しかも水溶性クリア層が暁付クリ
アの競付時の金属基材への熱伝導を阻止する役目もなし
て金属基村の表面の熱による変色を防止することができ
、更に水溶性クリア層の上に嫌付クリア層を形成するの
で表面が強轍な耐侯変色性に優れた金属製品を低コスト
で得ることができる。
