価値が著しく低下する欠点があつた。 Traditionally, metal rain gutters, such as copper or other metal rain gutters, rain gutters made of metal or plastic with metal plating, have been made by coloring the metal surface through oxidation, sulfurization, etc., and then brushing it to create a scratch pattern. Next, a clear coat is applied to the metal surface, but according to this method, the clear coat cannot be applied unless the surface after brushing is dry. Therefore, it is necessary to dry the colored product once and then brush it, or to dry it after brushing, but both methods have drawbacks. That is,
Once a colored copper product is dried, the hardness of the colored layer increases, making brushing difficult. Also, if you brush a colored copper item with water leaking, it will be easier to brush, but if you do not dry it quickly by wiping it with a cloth immediately after brushing, the surface layer of copper that is created by brushing will rust and discolor. There was a drawback that the decorative value was significantly reduced.

Metal rain gutters are made of copper or copper plating such as eaves gutters, downpipes, elbows, joints, water collectors, water stop plates, decorative plates, etc., and the metal surface is treated with oxidation, sulfurization, etc. After applying black coloring, brushing is applied to expose the original color of the metal in a scratch-like manner on the colored metal surface, giving it a so-called oxidized metal-like surface decoration. Here, the coloring and brushing are carried out in a wet manner containing water, such as in an aqueous solution. Then, it is immediately immersed in a water-soluble organic solvent such as methanol or acetone, and then immersed in a solvent that is compatible with any of the above-mentioned water-soluble organic solvents such as methyl acetate or ethyl acetate, and the following clear. Or apply a hardening clear.
In this case, there is no problem in adding a rust preventive to the solvent type or hardening type clear. Examples of clear materials include solvent-based acrylic resins, one-component or two-component urethane resins, alkyd resins, and radiation-curable resins.

製造することができるものである。 Generally, when the metal surface of a rain gutter is colored with oxidation, sulfurization, etc. and then brushed, the active copper and other metal surfaces that come out from brushing will discolor due to rust in a very short time when wet with water.
In the present invention, since the brushing is immersed in a water-soluble organic solvent after brushing, discoloration can be prevented by replacing the water-soluble organic solvent and water with the water-soluble organic solvent and draining the water. Of course, since the clear is applied after immersion in a solvent that is compatible with both the water-soluble organic solvent and the clear, it is possible to replace the solvent that is compatible with the clear with the water-soluble organic solvent. This improves the adhesion to the surface after brushing. Further, the clear material diffuses into the colored layer and the solvent in the pinholes, thereby increasing the adhesion between the clear material and the surface after brushing. Therefore, in the present invention, after the brushing process, in order to prevent discoloration of the oxidized wood due to rust formation under wet conditions, a very simple operation can be performed without having to perform a troublesome operation such as wiping the surface after brushing with a cloth. It is possible to manufacture oxidized metal rain gutters.

After producing copper sulfide, the surface of the copper sulfide was brushed to remove a portion of the copper sulfide, exposing the red pigmented base of the copper in the form of a scratch, which was immersed in methanol for 5 minutes, and then brushed. It was immersed in methyl acetate for 5 minutes and then pulled out. Afterwards, the decorative surface was coated with a clear coating to obtain a beautiful oxidized copper-like decorative eaves gutter.
