Claims (3)
- (1)電動駆動されるジヨイント部の正確かつ再生可能
なセットのための装置にして、 □ジヨイント部の
可動部材と制御可能な電気的路程測定システムとが共働
し、 電気的路程測定システムの零位置は可動部材の機械的零
位置、特に工業用ロボット又はハンドリング装置の零位
置と整合されている、前記セットのための装置において
、凹部又は凸部2に相互に結合された二つのジヨイント
部材1゜3のうちの可動部材1に付設されており、精密
測定走査装置6の案内5が調整可能にかつ固定ジヨイン
ト部材3に固定可能に配設されており、精密測定走査装
置は走査要素7を有し、走査要素は前記凹部の深さ又は
凸部の高さの検出によって両ジヨイント部材1,3の相
対運動中機械的零位置を指示することを特徴とする電動
駆動されるジヨイント部の正確かつ再生可能なセットの
ための装置。 - (2)可動部材1が軸である場合、 凹部又は凸部2が軸の外周面上直線状に延在する、実用
