Abstract

Invention particularly relates to a reference metering mechanism (R) making it easy to take reference without error at machine tools by means of installing metering apparatus (200) with metering timer (211) into a calibration main board (100) and allowing mounting/demounting easily.

Reference metering mechanism making it easy to take reference in machine tools without error
The Related Art
Invention relates to a metering mechanism.
Invention particularly relates to a reference metering mechanism making it easy to take reference without error at machine tools by means of installing measurement apparatus with metering timer into a calibration main board and allowing mounting/demounting easily.
Background of the Invention
Machine tools are used in industry in order to minimize or fully eliminate work force in manufacture of work parts and to be able to perform works easier and faster. Use of machine tools in industry increases with short time for manufacture of work parts, smooth part surfaces, accurate and constantly same level of accuracy. Regular reference taking operation is conducted at machine tools in order to be able to continue works with same sensitivity and said operation is performed by means of comparator (K).
In the related art comparators (K) are able to control if surfaces are parallel to each other, axis are of same alignment and accurate machine parts measurement and deviation.
Use of comparators (K) for longer time causes some problems. Particularly, imposing too much load arising from misuse shortens life of comparator (K). Distance adjustment bar or reference surface on the distance adjustment bar gets worn because of continuous contact of machine operation head. Wearing of distance adjustment bar by time or failure thereof result in taking wrong reference and initially taken reference value change by time and therefore errors may occur. As a result, replacement of reference surface after certain use is necessary. In addition to all of them, distance adjustment bar is without protection against strokes coming from outside and also thread problems may be experienced.
Another experienced problem is the high repair and maintenance costs. The time needed to resume use of failing comparators (K) is long and spare parts are expensive. For those reasons, most of the failing comparators (K) are discarded without repairing. Adjustment circle around comparator timer may also go out of order during shipment. Figure 5 shows general view of comparator (K) used in current related art for reference purposes.
As a result, due to above described negativities and deficiencies it has been necessary to make novelty and development in the related art. Purpose of the Invention
The present invention relates to reference metering mechanism making it easier to take reference without errors in machine tools, meeting the needs mentioned above, eliminating all disadvantages and providing some additional advantages.
Main purpose of the invention is to make it easier to take reference by means of inserting metering apparatus connected to metering timer into a calibration main board. Thus, failure in measurement arising out of user’s fault becomes difficult.
Purpose of the invention is to disclose a reference metering mechanism of longer use life durable against strokes because metering apparatus is made from metal material.
Purpose of invention is to provide connection of metering timer to metering apparatus by connection screws. Thus, metering timer replacement is easier.
Purpose of invention is to disclose a reference metering mechanism enabling replacement of distance adjustment bar and reference surface located on distance adjustment bar.
Purpose of the invention is to disclose a reference metering mechanism allowing easy repair and calibration.
Another purpose of the invention is to disclose a reference metering mechanism easy to produce, mount and demount.
In order to achieve above mentioned purposes, the invention is a reference metering mechanism consisting of metering timer performing distance indicator function in order to take reference at machine tools characterized by, in order to make it easier to take reference without errors, comprising:
• a calibration main board having a certain reference taking distance,
• a reference surface having plug-remove feature providing placement of equipment such as cutter etc. to make metering of machine tools
• a metering apparatus lower body determining reference length of said reference surface.
In order to achieve above mentioned purposes, the invention is a metering apparatus referencing method characterized by comprising process steps of
• placement of metering apparatus into calibration main board,
• contacting metering apparatus surface to calibration board upper body of calibration main board, • conduct of metering by shortening of distance bar in A direction downward and reading of measured value by timer.
In order to achieve above mentioned purposes, the invention is a working system for reference metering mechanism, characterized by comprising process steps of
• movement of distance adjustment bar upon placement of metering apparatus into calibration main board,
• determination of reference length measurement by means of measurement by metering timer,
• providing pressure onto reference surface by equipment,
• movement of distance adjustment bar downward (in Direction A) by effect generated on reference surface,
• determination of equipment length measurement by means of measurement by metering timer,
• comparison of reference distance measurement and equipment length measurement.
The structural and characteristics features of the invention and all advantages will be understood better in detailed descriptions below, and therefore, the assessment should be made considering the said detailed explanations.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, reference metering mechanism (R) making it easier to take reference without errors at machine tools and mountable/demountable easily being subject of this invention has been disclosed solely for the purpose of better understanding of the subject and described in a manner not causing any restrictive effect.
Figure 1 is side perspective view of reference metering mechanism (R) comprising of main body and calibration main board (100) and metering apparatus (200).
Figure 2 is perspective view of calibration main board (100). Calibration main board (100) providing determination of tolerance of height measurement comprises of calibration board upper body (1 10) providing protection and calibration of reference mechanism (R) and calibration board lower body (120) providing planarity and fixing calibration main board (100).
Metering apparatus (200) shown in general view given in Figure 3 consists of metering timer (21 1 ) performing distance indicator function, metering apparatus upper body (210) connected to distance adjustment bar (212) providing up-down movement metering timer (21 1 ) to provide measurement (in directions A and B), metering apparatus lower body (230) determining reference length (X) of reference surface (213) and metering apparatus intermediate support spindle (220) providing fixing and balancing of metering apparatus upper body (210) and metering apparatus lower body (230). Upon movement of distance adjustment bar (212) metering timer (21 1 ) makes measurement and reference length (X) is obtained. Reference length (X) is standard and it is not required to measure it for each equipment separately. When equipment applies pressure onto reference surface (213), dial of measurement timer (21 1 ) coincides with zero at one tour and measurement of the equipment is achieved. At final stage reference length (X) is compared to equipment measurement.
Metering apparatus (200) is referenced in the amount of reference taking distance (Y) of calibration main board (100). Calibration main board (100) can be designed in a manner to have desired reference taking distance (Y).
Metering apparatus (200) referencing method;
• Metering apparatus (200) is placed inside the calibration main board (100),
• Reference surface (213) of metering apparatus (200) is contacted from bottom to upper body (1 10) of calibration main board (100), • Measurement is conducted by shortening of distance bar (212) in direction A downward and measured value is read from timer (21 1 ).
Reference metering apparatus (R) working principle is as follows.
At first stage, metering apparatus (200) is placed inside calibration main board (100). During that time metering timer (21 1 ) conducts metering by means of moving distance adjustment bar (212) and reference length (X) measurement is achieved. At stage two, pressure is provided onto reference surface (213) of the equipment. During that time distance adjustment bar (212) moves downward (in direction A) and provides conduct of measurement by metering timer (21 1 ). The obtained length measurement is compared to reference length (X) measurement.

Claims

1. A reference metering mechanism (R) comprising metering timer (21 1 ) performing distance indicator function in order to take reference at machine tools characterized by comprising·.
• a calibration main board (100) having a certain reference taking distance (Y),
• a reference surface (213) having plug-remove feature providing placement of equipment such as cutter etc. to make metering of machine tools
• a metering apparatus lower body (230) determining reference length (X) of said reference surface (213)
in order to make it easier to take reference without errors.
2. The reference metering mechanism (R) according to claim 1 characterized by comprising a calibration board upper body (1 10) providing protection and calibration of reference metering mechanism (R).
3. The reference metering mechanism (R) according to claim 1 characterized by comprising a calibration board lower body (120) providing planarity and fixing of calibration main board (100).
4. The reference metering mechanism (R) according to claim 1 characterized by comprising a distance adjustment bar (212) having feature of insert and remove.
5. The reference metering mechanism (R) according to claim 1 characterized by comprising a metering apparatus upper body (210) wherein said metering timer (21 1 ) and distance adjustment bar (212) are connected.
6. The reference metering mechanism (R) according to claim 1 characterized by comprising a metering apparatus intermediate support spindle (220) providing fixing and balancing of metering apparatus lower body (230).
7. The reference metering mechanism (R) according to claim 1 characterized by comprising a metering timer fixing screw (214) providing connection of metering timer (21 1 ) to metering apparatus upper body (210) in order to facilitate easy removal and installation of metering timer (21 1 ) from metering apparatus (200).
8. A metering apparatus (200) referencing method characterized by comprising steps of:
• placement of metering apparatus (200) into calibration main board (100),
• contacting reference surface (213) of metering apparatus (200) from bottom to upper body (1 10) of calibration main board (100), • conducting measurement by shortening of distance bar (212) in direction A downward and reading value from timer (21 1 ).
9. Reference metering apparatus (R) working principle characterized by comprising steps of:
• movement of distance adjustment bar (212) upon placement of metering apparatus (200) into calibration main board (100),
• determination of reference length (X) measurement by means of measurement by metering timer (21 1 ),
• providing pressure onto reference surface (213) by equipment,
• movement of distance adjustment bar (212) downward (in Direction A) by effect generated on reference surface (231 ),
• determination of equipment length measurement by means of measurement by metering timer (21 1 ),
• comparison of reference length (X) measurement and equipment length measurement.
