Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は引寄せ又は締付は機能を有する引違い障子（戸
）、片引き障子（戸）および開き又は回動製品（プロジ
ェクト製品）並びに箱等に使用する密閉材、或いは、障
子（戸）又は枠の四辺にわたって連続させて使用される
塩化ビニール樹脂などの軟質合成樹脂又は合成ゴムから
成る密閉材の直角屈曲部における密閉機能を低下させな
いように工夫したものである。
本考案を図面に示した実施例について説明すると、第１
図において１は障子ガラスｂを囲む障子框ａに嵌着され
た合成ゴムから戒る密閉材であって、第２図に示すよう
にその基板２を障子框ａに設けた嵌着溝ｃに嵌合されて
障子框ａの四辺にわたって連続させて取付けられ両端の
接合点１′において接合されている。
密閉材１は基板２の一面から同じ高さで凸出した１次密
閉片１ａと２次密閉片１ｂとを全長にわたって基板２と
一体に形成され、これらの密閉片１ａと１ｂとが框の隣
接材に圧接することにより障子を気密水密に閉塞するも
のであって、第２図に示すように１次密閉片１ａは基板
２の側辺側に少しく傾斜し、すなわち、障子等の外縁方
向に傾斜し、２次密閉片１ｂは基板２の面に対し直角を
なしている。
従来のこの種の密閉材は第３図に示すように基板から平
行して凸出する２条の密閉片は同じ高さに凸出していた
ので、第５図に示すように障子の隅角部において密閉材
が互いに直角方向に引張られると１次密閉片１ａは２次
密閉片１ｂよりも低くなることとなり、１次、２次の密
閉片による隅角部における良好な密閉状態が失われる。
本考案では密閉材の１次密閉片を障子等の外縁方向に傾
斜させて２次密閉片と同じ高さに設けたので、密閉材が
隅角部において曲げられた時に１次密閉片が立上り傾向
となり障子の隅角部における従来の密閉材におけるよう
に１次密閉片が隅角部において２次密閉片よりも低くな
って隅角部における密閉状態が低下することを防止し、
全体にわたって均一な密閉状態を保たせることができる
ものである。

閉材の断面図、第４図は本考案の密閉材の隅角部に対す
る使用状態を示す部分斜視図、第５図は従来の密閉材の

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 合皮ゴム又は軟質合成樹脂から戊り、障子（戸）又は枠
    の２辺以上にわたって一体的に連続させて使用される密
    閉材において、基板とそれと一体の１次密閉片と２次密
    閉片とを有し、障子等の外縁側に位置する密閉外側の１
    次密閉片は障子等の外縁方向へ傾斜させた気密水密用密
    閉材。
