Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は公知化合物を二種組み合せることによって特異
的に有効な毛髪の生長促進作用を示す養毛化粧料に関す
るものである。
本発剛者は如髪の脱毛が男性に多いことに着目し、女性
ホルモンと降圧剤ミノキシジル（２，４−ジアミノ−６
−ビペリジノビリミジンー３−オキサイド）を配合して
毛根部に塗布したところ、各々単独塗布に比べてさらに
優れた養毛作用を示すのを見い出し、本発明を完成する
にいたったものである。女性ホルモン、ミノキシジル共
にアルコール類、水などを溶媒として用いこれにヘア四
−シ冒ン、ヘアトニックなどの製造上通常用いられる香
料、シ潤剤、清涼剤、頭皮刺戟剤などを加えて成る溶液
ｌｌ中に、通常女性ホルモン（エストリールなと）０．
１〜１．ｏｆ、ミノキシジル１〜１０ｇの範囲で溶存せ
しめることにより、十分に目的を達成することができる
。本ｊｌｔ＆毛化粧料はその性質上ヘアローシタンタイ
プか最も効果的であるが、ヘアクリーム、ホ”マード等
のＳ質料として用いることも可能である。
以下に女性ホルモン及びミノキシジル配合の養毛効果を
検討した試験例および、同じく毛髪化粧料の製造実施例
を掲げるが、本則塗布に基く皮膚の発赤発疹その他の副
作用は一切詔められなかった。
〔試験例〕
マウスに対する女性ホルモン・ミノキシジル配合養毛剤
の効果 ＢＤＦ、♂マウス（６過動、平均３０ｇ）の背部を安全
カミソリで剃ったマウス１２匹を３匹ずつ４　ｙ′ｆ、
に分かち、各群に対して以下の混合溶液を剃毛翌日から
１日２回朝夕塗布し、定期的に各マウスから５本あて抜
毛し、長さを測定した。
第１群：エタノール５　ｍｌ＋グリセリン０．５ｍｌ＋
蒸留水４．５胃ｌ ｔ！４２＃：エストリール５岬＋エタノール釉を十グリ
セリン０．５　ｄ＋蒸留水４．５　Ｉ１１！第３１Ｍ：
ミノキシジル５０ｊｖ十エタノール５ｍｌ＋グリセリン
０．５　ｍｌ＋蒸留水４．５９／：第４群：エストリー
ル５岬＋ミノキンジル５ｏｑ＋エタノール５欝ｌ＋グリ
セリンＯ１釉ｌ＋蒸貿水４．５ｗｔ 剃毛後１４日目の肉眼観察による発毛情況と抜毛１５本
の平均値を表に示す。
また剃毛１４日後の各群のマウス各−匹の写真を参考写
真春＝１−４−１１１に示した。
〔実施例〕　ヘアローシラン ９５％エタノール　５０　％（重ｉＩＬ％）グリセリン
　５　％ エ　ス　ト　リ　−　ル　０．　０５％ミノキシジル　
０．５％ ｌ−メントール　０．４　％ トウガラシチンキ　１．０％ レゾルシン　０．５％ 香料　１．５％ 着色料　適量 精製水　全体を１００％にするための適量以上を混合溶
解して製品とする０
