【発明の詳細な説明】
産業上の利用分野
本発明は毛根部に塗布することによって、顕著な養毛効
果を発揮する養毛化粧料に関するものである。

従来技術
本発明者は、２．４−ジアミノ−６−ピペリジノビリミ
シンー３−オキサイドの養毛効果を探求していた際、こ
の化合物と塩化カルブロニウムとを、化粧料基剤中に配
合して毛根部に塗布したところ同成分を、各単独塗布し
た場合に比べて更に優れた養毛作用を示すことを見い出
し、本発明を完成したものである。
シンー３−オキサイドの養毛効果を探求していた際、こ
の化合物と塩化カルブロニウムとを、化粧料基剤中に配
合して毛根部に塗布したところ同成分を、各単独塗布し
た場合に比べて更に優れた養毛作用を示すことを見い出
し、本発明を完成したものである。
発明の開示
本発明の要旨は、２．４−ノアミノ−６−ビベリジノビ
リミシンー３−オキサイドと塩化カルブロニウムとを養
毛成分として化粧料基剤に含有せしめたことを特徴とす
る養毛化粧料にある。

２．４−ジアミノ−６−ビペリジノピリミシンー３−オ
キサイド及び塩化カルブロニウムは、共にアルコール類
、水などに可溶で、両者を、これらの溶媒に溶かし、ヘ
アーロション、へ７トニツクなどの製造上、通常用いら
れる香料、湿潤剤、清涼剤、頭皮刺激剤などを加えて得
られる成分溶液１１７ツトル中に、通常２，４−ジアミ
ノ−６−ピペリジノピリミシンー３−オキサイドを１〜
１０ｇ、塩化カルブロニウムを１〜１０ｇの範囲で溶存
せしめることにより、十分に目的を達成することができ
る。
キサイド及び塩化カルブロニウムは、共にアルコール類
、水などに可溶で、両者を、これらの溶媒に溶かし、ヘ
アーロション、へ７トニツクなどの製造上、通常用いら
れる香料、湿潤剤、清涼剤、頭皮刺激剤などを加えて得
られる成分溶液１１７ツトル中に、通常２，４−ジアミ
ノ−６−ピペリジノピリミシンー３−オキサイドを１〜
１０ｇ、塩化カルブロニウムを１〜１０ｇの範囲で溶存
せしめることにより、十分に目的を達成することができ
る。
本［養毛化粧料は、その性質上へアーロションタイプが
最も効果的であるが、ヘアクリ−ム、ポマード等の整髪
料或はシャンプーとしても用いることができる。以下に
、本願化粧料の養毛効果を検討した試験例及び製造実施
例を掲げる。尚、本願化粧料の塗布にもとすく皮膚の発
疹、発赤その他の副作用は一切認められなかった。
最も効果的であるが、ヘアクリ−ム、ポマード等の整髪
料或はシャンプーとしても用いることができる。以下に
、本願化粧料の養毛効果を検討した試験例及び製造実施
例を掲げる。尚、本願化粧料の塗布にもとすく皮膚の発
疹、発赤その他の副作用は一切認められなかった。
［実験例１
マウスに対する本願化粧料の効果
マウス（体重平均３０ｇ）の頭部に１０％硫化ナトリウ
ムを塗布して脱毛し、十分に水洗して約１ｃＩＩ＋２の
脱毛部を形成したマウス２０匹を、５匹ずつ４群に分け
、各群に対して、以下の混合溶液を脱毛翌日から１日２
回、朝夕塗布して、定期的に各マウス脱毛部から１５本
あて抜毛し、その長さを測定した。
ムを塗布して脱毛し、十分に水洗して約１ｃＩＩ＋２の
脱毛部を形成したマウス２０匹を、５匹ずつ４群に分け
、各群に対して、以下の混合溶液を脱毛翌日から１日２

１＋グリセリン０．５１＋蒸 留水４．４輪１ ｔｊＳ４群：２．４−ジアミノ−６−ピペリジノピリミ
シンー３−オキサイド５０ｍｇ ＋エタノール５１＋グ
リセリン０．５ｍ ｌ＋塩化カルブロニウム０．１ｇ＋
