    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の感光画素を有する半導体多分割センサチップがチ
    ップベッドにマウントされた半導体装置において、チッ
    プベッドにおけるチップマウント域の一部に設けられた
    凹部と、この凹部内に充填された半導体チップ用のマウ
    ント材と、このマウント材に被マウント側の主面の一部
    で接着しチップマウント域の上面に一部を密接させて被
    マウント側主面がチップベッドの上面と同一面上にある
    ようにした半導体多分割センサチップを具備したことを
    特徴とする半導体装置。
