Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は防爆形ブラウン管の補強構造、特にブラウン管
のパネル外周側面の全周に帯鋼を補強金具を介して堅牢
（こ巻設してなる防爆形ブラウン管の補強構造ｌこ関す
る。
一般−こ、ブラウン管には、第１図に示すよう（こブラ
ウン管本体１に補強板２および取付ラグ３が帯鋼４を介
して取付けられる。補強板２と取付ラグ３は固定されて
ないので、ブラウン管本体１におけるセット位置はフリ
ーであり、第１図の如く、パネルフェース面側にはみ出
し２ａを生ずる傾向を有する。前記補強板２は第２図に
示すようにアース取出し用の突起部２ｂを有するが、突
起部２ｂと帯鋼４のセット位置とはかなりのギャップ５
があり、このギャップ５で補強板２ははみ出しの要因を
保有していた。
前記帯鋼４の端からのパネルフェース面側への補強板２
のはみ出しは、帯＠４０巻設位置がずれた場合、帯鋼４
の位置が正常でも補強板２の位置がずれた場合、前記２
つとが併発の３つのケースがある。
例えば、従来の補強板２の突起部２ｂは、幅が３肥しか
なく正規の帯鋼位置端より３肥以上離れている。そのた
め、帯鋼４に対する補強板２のはみ出しバラツキは３■
以上発生する要因をもっていた。しかしながら、顧客要
求としてはみ出しレベルが１５喘と厳しくなり、従来形
状では顧客要求に対処できない。
本発明の目的は、補強経費をコストアップすることなし
に帯鋼からの補強板はみ出しを最大１０簡とレベル向上
させることができる防爆型ブラウノ管の補強構造を提供
するこ♂（こある。
以下、本発明の一実施例を第３図により説明する。補強
板１０には突起部１０ａに帯鋼４側に突出した位置決め
用テーパ部１０ｂが形成されている。これにより、テー
パ部１０ｂが帯鋼４のセット位置を規制するので、補強
板１０のはみ出し寸法を最大１ｆｉの精度に保持するこ
とができる。
要求を満足させうる効果がある。

  1. ブラウン管本体のパネル外周側面の全周に帯鋼を補強板
    を介して堅牢に巻設してなる防爆型ブラウン管の補強構
    造において、前記補強板のアース取出し用の突起部ｌこ
    前記帯鋼位置決め用テーパ部を設けたことを特徴とする
    防爆型ブラウン管の補強構造。
