    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 炉内の上部および下部にそれぞれ複数め赤外線ランプを
    設け、該赤外線ランプは上部の隣接する該赤外線ランプ
    によってはさまれる空間の下に下゛　　　　　部のラン
    プの１つが配置されるように設けられてなり、該上部お
    よび下部の赤外線ランプによってはさまれた空間に試料
    をスライド可能に設けるようにしたことを特徴とする熱
    処理装置。
