    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ゛　　　内部が真空に排気される試料室と、該試料室と
    仕切弁で仕切られた試料交換室とを備えた装置において
    、前記試料室内の試料への電子線の照射番阻止するため
    の電子線遮断機構を設け、該遮断機構の制御を前記仕切
    弁の操作と連動させるように構成したことを特徴とする
    電子懸顕微鏡等の試料−交換装置。
