Claims (1)
- 接地電位に保たれた容器と、該容器内に設けられたエミ
ッタ室と、前記容器外の高圧電源の出力を前記エミッタ
室へ印加するための導線が埋めこまれ、前記容器の気密
を保って該容器を貫通する絶縁部材と、前記エミッタ室
と容器外のガス供給源とを結ぶ絶縁性ガス供給管を備え
た装置において、前記絶縁部材に前記絶縁性ガス供給管
を捲回するよう構成したことを特徴とするイオン源。
