    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電子銃部外囲器として金属電極を間に挾んで積重ねられ
    た複数個のセラミック絶縁円筒と前記電子銃部への漏洩
    磁界をシールドするための磁気シールドを含む電子ビー
    ム管において、前記電子銃部の磁気シールドを強磁性体
    の粉末とシリコンゴム等の有機材料とあ混合物で形成し
    、硬化させたことを特徴とする電子ビーム管。
