    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 陰極の周囲に放射状に配置された複数個のベインを有す
    る円筒状の陽極と、前記陽極の両端部に配置されかつ永
    久磁石の磁束を前駆陽極め中心部に導く磁極と、前記磁
    極の両端部に配置されかつ前記陽極内を真空封止する真
    空封止部材とを少なくとも有するマグネトロンにおいて
    、アルミニウムもしくは銅材よりなる前記陽極と鉄材よ
    りなる真空封止部材で真空封止を形成したことを特徴と
    するマグネトロン。
