入力端子に各々共通に第1及び輌2の入力信号を供給す
る第1及び第2の入力端子と、前記両コンパレータの出
力を各々一端に入力し、他端に制御信号及び該信号の反
転信号を各々入力する第1及び第2の論理積回路と、該
両輪埋積回路の出力を入力する論理和回路とより構7 
成され、前記制御信号に応じて前記N型コンパレータと
P型コンパレータの出力を切換えて、前記論理和回路よ
り導出するようにしたことを特徴とするコンパレータ。
