ずれか一方が出力されたとき前記アナログ電圧比
較回路及び増幅回路のスイツチング素子を共にオ
フさせる第１の手段と、該第１の手段が前記スイ
ツチング素子のオフを制御しない状態でもアナロ
グ電圧の入力命令実行時以外は前記増幅回路のス
イツチング素子をオフする第２の手段とを備えた
