Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、樹脂シート材料間を溶着固定するに適用する
ウエルダー接合方法に関するものである。
従来、この棟のウエルダー接合方法は、被加工材Aのシ
ート表面に溶着固定する樹脂ンートBを載置し、その被
加工材Aを介して両側に正。
負の各′4僕に接続した′Cに極棒を配置し、その電極
棒で一皮加工材Aと樹脂シートBを挾持して高周波、超
音波を作用することにより、両者を溶着接合するのが通
常である。然し、この方法は。
例乏、は第1図の車輛用ドアパネルの如き、PE。
PP等の非誘電性或いは誘眠率の低い樹脂で形成した。

Bを接合する場合、高周波によると非誘電性或いは誘電
率の低い基板a1の存在で電極棒間に電流が流れないた
め溶接が不可能であり、寸な超音波によるとクッション
!僧が潰れてしまって特にオレフィン系独立発泡のもの
では著しいため適用することができない。従って、上述
(、タコ−ジョンラベルBではウエルダー接合ニよるこ
となく、予め表皮a3の平面にミシン縫いするか或いは
接着剤で貼着固定することにより取付けられているが、
それに依ると剥離が生じ易くて好ましくない。
本発明は、被加工材中に非1!!!、性或いは誘電率の
低い材質層があっても適用可能なウエルダー接合方法を
提供すること、を目的とする。
即ち1本発明に係るウエルダー接合方法においては、正
、負の各電極に接続する電極棒を両者間に絶縁空間を介
して同一平面上に配置gシたウエルダー型で互いに接合
するシート材料を溶着固定するようにされている。
以下、これを第2図示実施例に基づいて説明すれば、次
の通りである。
図示のウエルダー型1は、絶縁空間を介して左右に配置
した一対の′M、極棒1a、lbを持っている。これら
電極棒1a、1bは、夫々交流電源Eの正極、負極に接
続され、しかも同一平面上に整合させて配置されている
。それら間の絶縁空間は電極棒J11.1bの短絡を防
止する六め形成するもので、−それを絶縁体1cを用い
て形成するときには各電極棒Ia、 Ibの対設間隔を
固定的にできるところから好ましい。
このウエルダー型1では、被加工材Aのウェルダー接合
可能なシート層a1の平面に同質の樹脂シートBを溶着
接合するに適用する。その適用にあたっては、被加工材
Aの平面上に樹脂シートBを重ね、それらシート間の接
合を要する部分にA目応させてウェルダー型1を樹脂シ
ートBの平面側に押当てた後、電極棒1a、1bに通′
藏すればよい。その電流は、誘電率の高いPVC−iの
シート材料al+  Flと対接部間を通って電極棒l
a、1hの間を流れる。それに伴って、シート材料JO
Bは発熱して溶融すると共に一体的に溶着(4)定する
ようになる。従って、被加工材Aの層内に非誘電性或い
は誘電率の低い材質層が存在してもシート材料a+、I
lを互いに接合=I能であり しかも超音波ウエルダー
に依らないためクッション層aノを凹ませずにtむ なお、弔1図示の如きコーションラベルを表皮の平面に
接合する場合には、絶縁体】CをコーションラベルBの
接合端縁を除く平面ス/< −Xと略同等の幅に形成す
ればよい。
以上の如く、本発明に係るウエルダー接合方法に依れば
、非誘電性或いは誘電率の低い材質層を有す被加工材に
でも樹脂シートを確り溶着固定することができ、しかも
被加工材に潰れも生じないから体裁のよいラベル等の取
付は同定も行うことができる。

Claims (3)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1)非誘電性或いはU鑞率の低い材質層を有する被加
    工材のウエルダー接合可能なシート表面に正、負の各を
    匡極に接続する嘱極捧を両者間に絶縁空間を介して同一
    平面上に配(dしたウエルダー型で、塩化ビニル等の樹
    脂シートを溶着固定するようにしたことを特徴とするウ
    エルタ゛−接合方法。
  2. (2)  上記絶R窒間を、絶縁体を介装することによ
    り形成したところの特許請求の範囲第1項記載のウエル
    ダー接合方法。
  3. (3)  上記絶縁空間を、樹脂シートの溶着端縁を除
    く平面スペースと略同等にしたところの特許請求の範囲
    第1まえは2項記載のウェルダー接合方法。
