機システムにおいて、上記伝送線路にデータが伝送され
なくなった時から予め設定した時間の経過後にカウント
アツプする同期指令カウンタと、この同期指令カウンタ
からの指令により上記伝送線路に送信される同期データ
に基づいて上記サンプリングクロックの同期を行なう同
