Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は化粧料及び薬剤等で特に繊維素材の複数枚に液
体を含浸したりしなもの・簡易容器としての開閉蓋付封
入袋に関するものである。
近年化粧料や薬剤等を繊維素材に含浸せしめた使い捨て
濡れナプキン様製品が多用されてきている。
化粧料については汚れの拭き取り用等に、薬剤について
は消毒用等にと使用目的も多岐に亙っており、又その収
納容器も数多く、種類がある。
ところがこれらの中でも特にコスト的にも安く、又生産
技術的を面でも管理しやすい開閉蓋付袋状簡易封入体が
合理的な方法としてあけられる。
従来公知の開閉蓋付偏平な封入袋としては実開昭４９−
４７０１８号公報に開示されているものが知られている
。
この公知の封入袋は防水性シートを三枚重ね合せたり、
あるいは一枚を三つ折りにして袋状とし、中間に位置す
る中蓋部に取出し口を開口穿設しその中蓋部の上に外蓋
部を重ね、中蓋部又は外蓋部の周縁にコ字形に感圧接着
剤を塗布したものである。
このようにして外蓋部を繰返し開閉て゛きるようにして
いる。
しかしながら、これらの袋状封入体においての問題とし
て取り出し口が開口穿設されているため内包される内容
物と蓋部の感圧接着剤が取り出し口部において常に接触
していることになり、接着剤や又はその臭気が内容物に
移行し内容物が変質や変臭を生じてしまう等の問題点が
ある。
また、中蓋部にコ字形に感圧接着剤を塗布したり、ある
いは外蓋部周縁にコ字形に感圧接着剤を塗布したりする
ことは非常に困難である。
すなわち、接着剤の部分塗布は蓋部の固定化条件と相俟
って、寸法精度の管理が極めて難しい点やコスト高にな
る等で実用に供しなかった。
また、このように防水シートを三つ折りにしたり、感圧
接着剤をコ字形に塗布するために連続生産の可能性は全
くない。
前記事項から本考案の目的は開閉蓋部の接着剤が内容物
に影響を与えない連続生産が可能な封入袋を提供するこ
とにある。
更に他の目的は封緘機能をそなえた封入体であり且つ消
費者が初めて使用するという心証（ヴアージン性）を得
る化粧料封入袋を提供することにある。
本考案はこれらの背景に鑑み開発されたものであり、そ
の特徴とするところは気密性を有するシート材で形成さ
れた偏平な袋体と前記袋体の一面に開口部を形成する閉
ループのミシン目と、前記閉ループのミシン目を覆い且
つ一端が前記袋体に固着された蓋部材と、更に蓋部材の
他端に設けられた取手手段と、前記蓋部材の内面に袋体
と接着するために設けられた感圧接着剤層とからなるも
ので、この種の開閉蓋付の袋状製品にあっては、製品販
売時点において初めて使用するという証し、即ち消費者
自らが中古商品でない事実を確認することを望んでおり
、一度使用すると再び元に戻らない構造が必要であった
。
このため考案者は、袋体にミシン目を刻印し初めて使用
する時にはそのミシン目が破れ、それが消費者にも確認
できることを見出した。
更に消費者が初めて使用する時ミシン目から破れた袋体
の一部が開閉蓋の感圧接着剤層に貼着され、且つその貼
着部が開口部を閉塞することから開口部に直接感圧接着
剤層が接触しないことで内容物に接着剤の影響を与えな
いことも見出した。
以下実施例について説明すると、ポリエチレン。
ポリプロピレン、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリビニ
ールクロライド、セロハン、アセテート等の合成樹脂フ
ィルムの単材又は複合材か、又はこれらとアルミフォイ
ル等の複合材から得られる気密性を有するシート材で形
成された偏平な袋体１の一面に、円、楕円、細長方形、
ヒシ型、角型等の形状にて開口部３を形成する閉ループ
のミシン目４を設ける。
前記閉ループのミシン目４を覆い且つ第１図に示すよう
にミシン目４から離れた位置において一端が前記蓋部材
に固着された蓋部材２を設ける。
前記固着部分を固定部６と称す。蓋部材２は前記袋体材
質と同材質又は類似材質の合成樹脂フィルム等の複合体
よりなる気密性を有する円、楕円、細長方形、ヒシ型、
角型等の形状のものである。
蓋部材２の固定部６とは反対側の端部に孔型、角型から
なる取手手段９を設けるとともに、該取手手段９を除い
た蓋部材２の内面に、アクリル酸エステル系ゴム等から
なる感圧接着剤層７を設ける。
尚、こ・で云う繊維素材とは合成又は天然繊維の紙繊布
、不織布、コツトン、ガーゼ等である。
以上の如く構成される、本考案の使用にあっては先ず袋
体１シ一ル部５よりなる気密袋の取手９を指先でつまみ
開閉蓋部材２を開ける、この時開口部３を形成する閉ル
ープのミシン目４部にそって袋体の一部８である袋体フ
ィルムは蓋部材２の内面に設けられた感圧接着剤層７に
感圧接着効果で閉ループのミシン目４が切離されて転移
接着され開口部３を形成する事となる。
次いで開口部３より不織布９紙、コツトン、織布。
発泡材質に化粧料を含浸又は塗布した内容物１０を取り
出した後蓋部材２を元の袋体１に戻せは当初の気密性を
有する袋体となり繰返し使用出来るものである。
蓋部材２の固定部６はミシン目４から離れた位置にある
ので蓋部材２を開くと開口部３が完全に開けることがで
きる。
従って、封入袋の内容物１０が非常に取出し易い。
この時一度閉ループのミシン目４より切離された袋体の
一部８は二度目の使用時からは開閉蓋の内面に貼付され
たま・の状態であり元の位置に戻る事はあり得ない。
また、蓋部材２は固定部６によって袋体に固着されてい
るので、蓋部材２を繰返し開閉しても、閉じると常にミ
シン目４により切離された袋体の一部８が開口部３にピ
ッタリと嵌合して開口部３を塞ぐ。
従って、一度蓋部材２を開けてしまえば袋体１フイルム
が残存しない事より当初の目的である封緘機能は充分具
備されている事、更には本案の最大のメリットでもある
内容物と感圧接着剤が直接触れ合う事がなく常に安定し
た品質を維持する事が使用前あるいは使用中にも可能な
らしめた点からこの種の封入袋には前例をみない幾多の
利点を有するものであり且つ連続生産が可能で安価に供
給出来る。
又、本案は化粧料、薬剤の封入袋以外に食品、雑貨等の
封入袋としては充分その機能を具備するものであり、業
界に寄与する所誠に大なるものがある。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）気密性を有するシート材で形成された偏平な袋体
    と、前記袋体の一面に内容物取出し用の開口部を形成す
    るための閉ループのミシン目と、前記閉ループのミシン
    目を覆い且つ該ミシン目から離れた位置において一端が
    前記袋体に固着された蓋部材と、前記蓋部材の内面に袋
    体と接着するために設けられた感圧接着剤層とからなる
    化粧料の封入袋。
  2. （２）気密性を有するシート材で形成された偏平な袋体
    と、前記袋体の一面に内容物取出し用の開口部を形成す
    るための閉ループのミシン目と、前記閉ループのミシン
    目を覆い且つ該ミシン目から離れた位置において一端が
    前記袋体に固着された蓋部材と、前記蓋部材の他端に設
    けられた取手手段と、前記蓋部材の内面に袋体と接着す
    るために設けられた感圧接着剤層とからなる実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の化粧料の封入袋。
