第１図は本考案を実施した動力操向機構の縦断面図、第
２図は第１図に示されている動力操向機構の方向Ａにお
ける側面図、第３図は第１図に示されている動力操向機
構の線Ｂ−Ｂ’に沿った断面図、第４図は分配弁のスリ
ーブを示す本考案の変更例の部分的な縦断面図、第５図
は分配弁のスリーブを示す本考案の他の変更例の部分的
な縦断面図である。 図面において、１２はハウジングの胴部、１４゜１５は
カバー、１６は歯付セクタ、１８はピストン、２０．２
２は圧力室、２５はトーションバー、２６は軸、２８は
端部、３０は孔、３２はロータ、３６は溝、３８はボー
ル、４０．４２はリング、４４は環状ナツト、４８は入
口オリフィス、４９゜５１は環状隔室、５０は出口オリ
フィス、５６゜５７は針状ころ軸受を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■　胴部１２及びこれに直接固定された弁カバー１４か
    ら成るハウジングと、車両の操向装置の部材に連結され
    、上記胴部内に配設されて同胴部と協働して一方の圧力
    室２０を限界とすると共に、上記弁カバーと協働して他
    方の圧力室２２を限界する駆動ピストン１８と、同ピス
    トンの盲孔内に形成されたナツトと協働するねじを一端
    部２４に有する軸２６と、上記２つの圧力室に圧力流体
    を選択的に供給する回転式分配弁とを包含し、上記分配
    弁が、上記軸の他端部２８を拡張することによって形成
    され、単列スラスト玉軸受を介して上記弁カバーの凹所
    内に回転自在に支持されたスリーブと、同スリーブの軸
    方向の孔３０内に直接回転自在に支持され、操向制御部
    材に一体に移動するよう連結されると共に、トーション
    バー２５を介して上記軸に連結されたロータ３２とを含
    み、上記スラスト玉軸受の内方ポールレースが上記軸の
    拡張された他端部の外周上の溝３６で形成されると共に
    、外方ホールレースが２つの補形的なリング４０゜４２
    で形成され、゛上記２つの補形的なリングが、上記弁カ
    バーの凹所内に螺合された調節可能な環状部材４４によ
    って、同凹所内に軸方向及び半径方向に保持されている
    ことを特徴とする車両用動力操向機構。 ２　上記ピストン１８が上記ハウジング内の２つのころ
    軸受５６．５７上に回転自在に装架された歯付セクタ１
    ６を介して上記操向装置の部材に連結され、上記２つの
    ころ軸受５６．５７が２つの密封体によって上記圧力室
    の一方から分離され、動力操向機構の使用寿命全体にわ
    たって供給されるグリースによって潤滑されることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の動力操向
    機構。
