Claims (1)
- 丸棒、管材等であって、回転あるいは直進搬送されてく
る被検材料を超音波探触子によって適宜探傷してなる装
置において、一対の距離測定センサを上記被検材料に対
しその周囲方向に向って八の字状に離して設け、この時
刻距離測定センサから得られる検知信号を加減して、予
め設定した材料との距離情報に合せるべく、上記距離測
定センサ及び超音波探触子を上下及び水平方向に一対的
に移動させ、該超音波探触子の被検材料に対する測定距
離及び角度を常に一定にせしめてなる丸棒、管材等に対
する追従機構を備えた超音波深傷装置。
