Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 試験片の表面に付された測定標識に対向された
    光学ヘツドを、サーボ機構によつて前記測定標識
    に追随移動させ、前記光学ヘツドの移動量に基い
    て前記試験片の伸びを測定する伸び測定装置にお
    いて、 前記光学ヘツドをイメージセンサを用いて形成
    するとともに、前記イメージセンサによつて前記
    測定標識の伸び方向の広がりを検出する手段と当
    該検出結果に基いて前記試験片の伸び測定量の補
    正を行なう手段とを設けたことを特徴とする試験
    片の伸び測定装置。
