しその周囲方向に向って八の字状に離して設け、この時

定センサ及び超音波探触子を上下及び水平方向に一対的
に移動させ、該超音波探触子の被検材料に対する測定距
離及び角度を常に一定にせしめてなる丸棒、管材等に対
