  1. 放熱用フィンに連繋せしめたヒートパイプを構成スるヒ
    ートパイプコンテナの一部を、平担かつ平滑な取付部に
    形成し、該取付部に打出しねじ加工部を設け、該加工部
    を介して前記コンテナに半導体素子を直に螺着できるよ
    うにした半導体素子用放熱装置。
