【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は最近提案されているスクロール型圧縮機の断面
構造図、第２図は本考案の一実施例の断面構造図、第３
図及び第４図は、それぞれ本考案の別の実施例の要部の
断面構造図である。 図中、１はスクロール型圧縮機、１０は圧縮機ハウジン
グ、１２はカップ状部分、１３は主軸、２５は固定スク
ロール部材、２５１は側板、２５３はリング状突出部、
２６は可動スクロール部材、２７は可動スクロール駆動
機構、２８は回転阻止機構、３４は吸入ポート、３５は
吐出ポート、４５は吐出弁、５０は調整ねじ、５２は回
転穴溝。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体吸入口と流体排出口とを有するカップ状部分をフロ
    ントエンドプレート部へ取付けた圧縮機ハウジングと、
    第１の板体の一面上に固定された第１のうずまき体を有
    し上記ハウジング内に固定された固定スクロール部材と
    、第２の板体の一面上に固定された第２のうずまき体を
    有し該第２のうずまき体が上記第１のうずまぎ体と角度
    をずらされて噛み合い、それらの間に閉塞された流体ポ
    ケットを形成するように上記固定スクロール部材と重ね
    合わされた可動スクロール部材とを含み、−該可動スク
    ロール部材を円軌道運動させることにより上記流体ポケ
    ットが容積を減少しながら上記両うずまき体の中心方向
    へ移動するようにしたスクロール型圧縮機において、上
    記ハウジングの上−記カップ状部分の端板中央部に、上
    記第１及び第２のうずまき体間の軸方向のクリアランス
    を調整する機構を有し、該クリアランス調整機構は、上
    記カップ状部分の端板に対する上記固定スクロール部材
    の軸方向の位置を、上記端板の外部から調整することが
    できる調整ねじを有し、上記固定スクロール部材は、そ
    の第１の板体の他面から上記端板側に突出したリング状
    突出部を有し、該固定スクロール部材は、その第１の板
    体の外周部と前記リング状突出部の突出端部の側面部と
    において上記カップ状部分の内面によって径方向に支承
    されており、上記調整ねじによる上記クリアランスの調
    整の際に、上記固定スクロール部材の上記第１の板体の
    外周部と前記リング状突出部の突出端部の側面部とが上
    記固定スクロール部材の軸方向に平行な上記カップ状部
    分の内面に沿って案内されることを特徴とするスクロー
    ル型圧縮機。
