Claims (1)
- 絶縁基板上に円形または楕円形の導体を設け、この導体
の周囲に複数本の導体を形成し、上記複数本のフィンガ
を持つチップに半田を介して上記円形または楕円形の導
体に固着するとともに上記複数本のフィンガを上記複数
本の導体に重ねて半田により固着した半導体集積回路装
置。
