    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）絶縁基体上に設けた所要回路形成用の導体パター
    ンの所要部に半田を介して回路部品を接着するようにし
    た混成集積回路装置において、前記回路部品周辺の導体
    パターンの少くとも一表面上に半田の広がりを阻止する
    半田阻止部を設けたことを特徴とする混成集積回路装置
    。
  2. （２）半田阻止部として絶縁体層を用いたことを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の混成集積回路
    装置。
