Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 従来、産業廃棄物の中の高カロリーの廃プラスチック、
廃ゴム、廃塗料、廃材等を石油代替燃料として利用する
場合、不特定な固形物である為、一定温度の燃焼が困難
であるので細分化するとか、センサー等を利用して一定
量づつ自動的に投入するとか設備が複雑であった。
本考案は上記の欠点を除去する為考案されたものである
。
既存の押し込み通風装置？あるボイラ、燃焼炉、焼却炉
等に於いては耐熱金属で作られた排気管２．４．５と開
閉弁８により、ボイラ、燃焼炉、焼却炉等の一次燃焼室
１と乾溜室６とを連結し、ボイラ、燃焼炉、焼却炉等の
一次燃焼室１の高温の廃ガス、輻射熱等により乾溜室６
の廃）゛ラスチック、廃ゴム、廃材篭を乾溜し、乾溜ガ
ス圧により、ボイラ、燃焼炉、焼却炉等の一次燃郷室１
にてノ（ナー１０の高温の火焔の中を通し燃焼する。乾
溜速度は開閉弁３の開閉度により調整する。
吸込み通風装置のあるボイラ、燃焼炉、焼却炉等は開閉
弁７＆開き着火し開閉弁８．７により乾溜速度を調整し
一次燃焼室１にて）（ナー１０の高温の火焔の中で燃焼
させる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. ボイラ、燃焼炉、焼却炉等に於いて、耐熱金属によって
    作られた通気管と開閉弁と通気孔によって一次燃焼室１
    側面中央下部左の通気管２と開閉弁８と乾溜室６　（Ｉ
    ＩＩ面中央下部右の通気管４と乾溜室６内部の表面に多
    数の小孔をあけた通気管５と乾溜室６側面下部左の開閉
    弁７と産業廃棄物の廃プラスチック、廃ゴム、廃塗料、
    廃材等の投入口９によって構成された燃焼装置。
