第１図は従来のマイクロ波集積回路の構成図、第２図は
第１図に示すものの等価回路図、第３図はこの考案によ
るマイクロ波集積回路の構成図である。
図中、１は誘電体基板、２は主線路、３は副線路、４は
ＰＩＮダイオード、５は金リボン、６は地導体、７は導
体である。なお図中、同一あるいは相当部分には同一符

地導体が構成される他方の面へ導体を貫通させ、それを
集中定数インダクタンス要素として用いることを特徴と
