るマイクロ波集積回路の構成図である。 図中、１は誘電体基板、２は主線路、３は副線路、４は
ＰＩＮダイオード、５は金リボン、６は地導体、７は導
体である。なお図中、同一あるいは相当部分には同一符
号を付して示しである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. フェリ磁性体を含むセラミックあるいは半導体からなる
    誘電体基板を用いて構成されるマイクロ波集積回路にお
    いて、誘電体基板の導体線路が構成される一方の面から
    地導体が構成される他方の面へ導体を貫通させ、それを
    集中定数インダクタンス要素として用いることを特徴と
    するマイクロ波集積回路。
