  1. マイクロ波回路かケースに収容されケース底面にマイク
    ロ波用入出力端子が設けられたマイクロ波回路ユニット
    と、このマイクロ波回路ユニットが取付けられる支持体
    と、この支持体に設けられ前記ケース底面と略垂直にな
    るように設けられたマイクロストリップ線路とを具備し
    、前記マイクロ波用入出力端子を前記マイクロストリッ
    プ線路上に位置して接続したことを特徴とするマイクロ
    波回路装置。
