Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、高圧流体と低圧流体の差の圧力を歪量に変換
し、これを電気抵抗の変化として検出する半導体測定ダ
イアフラムに関する。
差圧検出に用いられているＳｉ等の半導体の測定ダイア
フラムとして、特開昭５１−６９６７８号公報に示すよ
うな、外周および中央が肉厚、その間が薄肉に形成され
、この薄肉の起歪部に拡散法あるいはイオンプランテー
ション法によってゲージ抵抗が設けられたダイアフラム
が知られている。
この測定ダイアフラムは、圧力印加方向（ゲージ面側で
あるかその反対側であるか）が異なってもほぼ同じ特性
が得られる利点がある。
しかしながら、かかる構成の測定女イアフラムにあって
は、高圧側流体と低圧側流体の圧力差が極めて低い領域
の測定を行うと、圧力と出力との直線性が悪くなるとい
う欠点を有している。この原因は、低差圧領域の測定の
ためには、測定ダイアフラムの起歪部の肉厚をより薄く
する必要があるが、薄肉化すればするほど起歪部のたわ
みが大きくなり、測定ダイアフラムの中央部が伸びてし
捷う。いわゆるバルーン効果が生じるためである。
本発明の目的は、上記した従来技術の欠点をなくし、低
差圧領域の測定を行っても圧力と出力との直線性の優れ
た半導体測定ダイアフラムを提供するにある。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. ↓、中央に形成された厚肉の剛体部、この剛体部の外周
    に形成された薄肉の起歪部、この起歪部の外周に形成さ
    れた厚肉の固定部、前記起歪部に形成されたゲージ抵抗
    とよりなる半導体測定ダイアフラムにおいて、前記起歪
    部を２軸対称とし、幅の狭い起歪部にゲージ抵抗を形成
    するようにしたことを待機とする半導体測定ダイアフラ
    ム。
