    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 突出状の金属電極を有する半導体ぺυットを金属端子に
    接続してなる、ＤＨＤ（Ｄｏｕｂｌｅ　　Ｈｅａｔ　−
    ５ｉｎｋ　　Ｄｉｏｄｅ）半導体装置に於いて、上記金
    属端子の形状が凸型を有し、上記半導体ペレットの電極
    部が凸型の塔頂面に圧接され、かつ該凸型の肩面にガラ
    スが融着しないよう突起を形成させた金属端子にてガラ
    ス封止された事を特徴とする半導体装置。
