Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、器具の小型化及び、コストの低減を図るよう
にしたガスレンジに関する。
従来のガスレンツは、第１図に示すようにオーブン１の
熱によるコンロ２のコック３．コックツマミ４等の温度
上昇を防ぐために、オーブン１とコンロ２０間隔を十分
にとったうえでオーブンｌとコンロ２間にしきり板１０
を設はオー・ブン１の周囲の熱気を遮、断し、熱気は器
具前面開口部１４及び側板の開口部よシ排出している。
また器具の左右側板及び後板８には十分冷気が吸込まれ
るよう多数個の吸気口が設けられている。
ここでオーブンｌとコンロ２との間隔が少ない場合には
、器具前面開口部１４から排出された熱気及びオーブン
ドア９の高温部に接した熱気ｄ、高温のままでコンロ２
の燃焼用空気として吸込１れるか、あるいはコンロ２の
前面に沿ってコックツマミ４に触れて流れてゆくため、
コック３及びコックツマミ４の温度は高温となる。従っ
て器具の小型化には限界があった。
本発明は、こうした従来の問題点を解消しようとするも
ので、以下に図面にもとづき詳細に説明する。
第２図は、本発明によるがスレンノの構造を示す図、第
３図はその斜視図である。
オーデフ１周囲には箱状の遮熱ケース６を設はオーブン
ｌの熱気を集め、排気筒７を通じ排気のドラフト効果を
利用して排気口１１から器具外部に排出する。更に遮熱
グー２６周囲の熱気がコン口部に達するのを防ぐため、
オーブン１とコンロ２の間にしきり板ｌＯを設ける５、
ここで器具前面開口部１４からは冷気が吸込捷れるよう
にするため、しきシ板１０は排気口１１に向って上方に
傾斜させ、更に吸気を器具底部１３の開口及び器具前面
開口部１４に集中させるため、左右側板１２及び後板８
は密閉構造としている。これにより遮熱ケース６周囲の
熱気は前面開口部１４から吸込捷れた冷気と共に排気口
１１から外部に排出され、コンロ２部の熱気も前面開口
部１４から吸込まれた冷気と共にバーナ１５の周囲及び
排気口１１よシ外部に排出される。またオーブンドア９
に触れた熱気も前面開口部１４から冷気と共に吸込まれ
後部の排気口１１よシ排出されることとなる。従ってコ
ンロ２部には冷気が供給され、コンロツマミ４部にも冷
気が触れることとなるので、前面開口部１４は吸気が妨
げられないだけの大きさがあれば温度上昇上の問題は解
消される。
以上のように本発明によれば、オープン部トコンロ部の
間隔は、最小限に止められ器具の小型化が実現できると
共に、側板及び後板には吸気口が必要ないためにコスト
特に金型費の低減が図れる、。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. オープ／周囲に設けられた箱状の遮熱ケースにハオーブ
    ンとコンロの間に設けられた排気口に向って上方向に傾
    斜したしきり板を備え、左右の側板及び後板を密閉構造
    とすることにより器具前面の開口部から冷気を吸い込ま
    せ、オーブン及びコンロ部の熱気を器具後部の排気口か
    ら排出させることを特徴とするガスレンジ。
