Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は包装緩衝体に関し、特に被包装体の内端部に付
設し、対果的に緩衝を行なわせるものである。
一般に被包装体の緩衝保護には合成樹脂発泡材が多く用
いられ、たとえば発泡ポリスチレンを被包装体全体ある
いは内端部に被嵌する形状に成型して用いるか、弾性を
もつ発泡ポリエチレン等の細片を包装箱内に詰め込むよ
うにしており、前者では十分な緩衝が得られず、包装才
数が大きくなる問題があり、後者では被包装体の固定が
不安定となる問題がある。
また、これらの緩衝手段によれば、被包装体の内端部の
保護が十分とはいえないものであった。
本発明はこのような従来の欠点を解消する包装緩衝体で
あり、以下一実施例を示す図面を参照して説明する。
図において１は三枚の三角側板１ａ、Ｉｂ、１ｃよりな
る中空無底の三角錐状基材であり、頂部には三角孔２を
有している。
前記三角錐状基材１の外周には複数の三角短筒壁３を前
記三角錐状基材１の底面に対して鉛直方向に、かつ三角
側板１ ａ ｔｌｂ、Ｉｃ面において階段状に設けてい
る。
この各三角短筒壁３のうち、外形の大きいものの内側と
三角側板１ａ、ｌｂ、Ｉｃ間には波板状の弾性補強片４
が設けられている。
また三角錐状基材１の内面には多数の突片５を設けてい
る。
この突片５は短毛状あるいは細いピン状のものに形成さ
れ。
弾性を有している。
前記三角錐状基材１．三角短筒壁３１弾性補強片４なら
びに突片５はポリプロピレン等の弾性を有する合成樹脂
で一体に成型されている。
本発明の包装緩衝体は上記のように構成され。
その使用は第４図に示すように被包装体６０角端部に三
角錐状基材の中空部をはめ合せ、しかるのちに前記被包
装体６を包装箱７内に収める。
この包装状態において包装緩衝体は包装箱７のコーナ部
に位置し、三角錐状基材１の外周の各三角短筒壁３の先
端部が包装箱７の各内面に接触し、それ自が持つ弾性に
より被包装体６を緩衝するものである。
特に各三角短筒壁３が階段状に配列されているため、す
べての三角筒壁３の先端が包装箱７の内側の三面に接す
るためその緩衝作用が大きくなり、またもつとも衝撃の
力が集中する被包装体６の内端部にあるので効果的緩衝
ができる。
前記緩衝において、三角端部壁３自身の弾性が不充分な
場合には、その内側に設けた弾性補強片４によって補な
うことができる。
また、三角錐状基材１の内面に設けた突片５も緩衝に協
働する。
以上説明したように本発明による包装緩衝体は被包装体
の角端部に付設して効果的な緩衝ができ。
その着脱も容易であるとともに包装箱内においてはスペ
ースもとらず、包装才数を大きくするようなことがない
。
また合成樹脂の底型によって製造が簡単であり、多くの
物品の包装に利用できる等の利点も有する。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 中空無底の三角錐状基材と、前記三角錐状基材の外
    周に底面に対し鉛直方向で、かつ、順次際段状に設けら
    れた複数の三角短筒壁よりなり、前記三角状基材と三角
    短筒壁内側間に弾性補強片を設け、前記三角錐状基材の
    内面に弾性をもつ突片を設け、全体を弾性を有する合成
    樹脂にて一体に成型されたことを特徴とする包装用緩衝
    体。
