Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は自動車内装部品の表面に軟質表皮を形成させる
製造方法に関するものである。
従来、この種製法としては多々開発実施されているが、
いづれも満足できるものではない。
これを例示してみると、 ■　表皮と発泡層からなるシートを貼合わせる方法は凹
凸のある形状は沿いに（い。
そこで真空成形や圧空成形により成形すると沿いはよく
なるが、紋が変化する欠点が出る。
また、工程もシート製造、成形と多く、熱ロスや材料ロ
スが多い。　　゛ ■　発泡射出成形は材料ロスは少く、寸法精度も出易く
て沿いもよいが、）゛ラッシュー等の外観上の欠点が出
る。
■　スラッシュ成形では紋の形は型を忠実に反転し外観
はよい。しかし、厚さのコントロールが難かしく成形し
た後、硬質部品との沿いが悪くなる。
本発明は、上記欠点の克服を意図するものであり、以下
に本発明実施方法の一例を示す。
■　スラッシュ成形において、非発泡のゾルをゲル化し
て型内に表皮層となる層を形成する。
（第１図乃至第３図） ＠　キュア温度近辺で発泡するゾルをゲル化して型内に
発泡層となる内層を形成する；（第４図乃至第６図） θ　キュア温度まで加熱して、キュアと発泡をさせる。
（第７図） ■　硬質部品を挿入する。（第８図） ■　冷却する。（第９図） θ　脱型する。
尚、図中１は金型、２は表皮用ゾル注入ガン。
３は恒油槽、４は余剰の表皮用ゾル、５は発泡用ゾル注
入ガン、６は余剰の発泡用ゾル、７は発泡用加熱炉、８
は硬貴部品、９は孝皮１．１０は発泡層、１１は冷却装
置である。
又、硬質部品を挿入する時、発泡層が硬質部品の移動に
よって余分にくずれることがあるが。
このときは表面滑剤を塗布して挿入することによってく
ずれを防ぐ。
表面滑剤としては、オイル・界面活性剤・水・ワックス
・テフロン樹脂・シリコン樹脂・グリス［株］粉体（炭
酸カルシウム・ノクレー・微粉硅酸等）等である。
上述した如く、本発明方法は、まずスラッシュ成形で金
型（１）内面に第一層の表皮（９）を形成し、次善【該
表皮（９）に加熱により発泡する第二層を積重形成し、
続いてこの第二層を加熱して発泡せしめると共に軟化状
態時αωに、更に硬質部品（８）を挿入一体化させ、し
かるのち冷却α刀、脱型して、軟質表皮を形成した自動
車内装部品を製造するよう構成されているので、スラッ
シュ成形の外観の良さを生かすことができ、且つ軟化状
態の発泡層を活用するため硬質部品との沿いが良くなる
。
更に、真空成形よりも材料ロスやエネルギーロスも少く
、国策にも沿った有益なる発明である。

図面は本発明方法の一実施例を示すもので、第１図乃至
第３図は表皮形成工程を示し、第４図乃至第６図は発泡
用第二層を形成Ｔる工程、第７図は発泡工程、第８図は
硬質部品の一体化工程、第９図は冷却工程を夫々示す。 １・・・金型、８・・・硬質部品、９・・・表皮、１０
・・・発泡層、１１・・・冷却装置

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. まずスラッシュ成形で金型内面に第一層の表皮を形成し
    、次に該表皮に加熱により発泡する第二層を積重形成し
    、続いてこの第二層を加熱して発泡せしめると共に軟化
    状態時に、更に硬質部品を挿入一体化させ、しかるのち
    冷却、脱型して、軟質表皮を形成した自動車内装部品を
    製造することを特徴とする製造方法。
