【図面の簡単な説明】
ヘー、第１図及び第２図は表面あらさ測定機の従来装置
の正面図であり、第３図は第１図及び第２図に示す直線
装置の要部拡大斜視図である。第４図は本考案に係る直
線装置を取付ける前の表面あらさ測定機の側面図である
。第５図及び第６図は本考案の一実施例である直線装置
を取付けた表面あらさ測定機のそれぞれ異なる状態を示
す正面図である。第７図は第５図及び第６図に示した直
線装置の平面図であり、第８図はその正面図である。 １２：回動アーム、１６：ギヤボックス（昇降枠）、２
０：被測定表面、２１：触針、２８：摺動突　　起、３
４：支柱、４０：直線装置、４４：支持部材、５８：表
面。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 支柱と、該支柱に沿って昇降させられる昇降枠と、該昇
    降枠に支持されて水平方向に移動させられることによっ
    て一端部が回動可能に支持された回動アームと、該回動
    アームから突出し、先端部において測定対象物表面に接
    触す″る触針ど、該触針の前記回動アームに対する相対
    移動量を拡大して表示する表示装置とを含む表面あらさ
    測定機において、前記回動アームの先端部下側に設けら
    れた摺動突起を支持して直線的に案内する直線装置であ
    って、 前記摺動突起を平滑な上面で支持するガイドブロックを
    支持部材に取付け、該支持部材を前記昇降枠に固定し得
    るようにするとともに、該支持部材の形状を、該支持部
    材を前記昇降枠に固定したとき前記ガイドブロックが前
    記回動アームをほぼ水平な姿勢に支持することとなるよ
    うな形状に決定したことを特徴とする表面あらさ測定機
    用直線装置。
