    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一面にボンディング用金属層を有し他面に接着用ロウ材
    層を有する金属テープを接着−ロウ材層側から打ち抜き
    加工した金属小片からなり、半導体装置用容器の素子搭
    載部に接着してグランド用−金属細線をボンディングす
    る為の半導体装置用グランドチップにおいて、前記接着
    用ロウ材層側の中央部になだらかな段差を有する凸部面
    を設けたことを特徴とする半導体装置用グランドチップ
    。
