Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は樹脂製容器の接合方法に関する。
内燃機関等の燃料フィルタやパルプ等に用いられる樹脂
製容器は、内部に濾過体や弁体を装着した後、樹脂#容
器1に#It成するケーシングおよびカバーを接合し、
完成さ几る。この接合方法として、ケーシングとカバー
の接合面にリング状Pはり金からなる発熱体を配設して
、カバーの上方から力を加えながら、はり金の周囲から
高周波誘導加熱を行い、発熱体を発熱させ、接合面を溶
融、接合する方法がとられる。この場合発熱体の周囲の
樹脂は溶融されるが、樹脂同志の接合部は、ケーシング
とカバーの直接接する部分すなわち発熱体の左右部分だ
けであって、接合面積が少すので、接合強度が容器の内
圧や振動に対して十分ではない。
製容器は、内部に濾過体や弁体を装着した後、樹脂#容

の接合面にリング状Pはり金からなる発熱体を配設して
、カバーの上方から力を加えながら、はり金の周囲から
高周波誘導加熱を行い、発熱体を発熱させ、接合面を溶
融、接合する方法がとられる。この場合発熱体の周囲の
樹脂は溶融されるが、樹脂同志の接合部は、ケーシング
とカバーの直接接する部分すなわち発熱体の左右部分だ
けであって、接合面積が少すので、接合強度が容器の内
圧や振動に対して十分ではない。
本発明は前記のような点を改良し、樹脂同志の接合部の
拡大t−Uかり、接合強度の高い樹脂製容器が得られる
ようにしたものでるる。

本発明の実施例を図面について説明する。
第1、第2図において、ケーシング1は樹脂製であって
、カップ状をしておQ、底部外周部分に内外を連通ずる
入口バイブ2、開放端に環状のフランジ部3を備えてい
る。フランジ部307う79面中央には全周にわたって
深さが一定の溝部4を有し、フランジ面の内外周部は同
じ高さとなりている。カバー5は樹脂製であって、皿状
をしており、底部中央から外方へ向けて内外を連通ずる
出口バイブ6、開放端にケーシング1の7う/ジ部3に
対応する7ランジ部7t−備えてbる0フランジ部7の
7ランジ面にはケーシング1の場合と同様の内外径、深
さからなる環状の溝部8を有している。カバー5の中央
下面には濾過体9が装着さnる。発熱体10に金、属製
であって、多数の孔11を有し、平担な環状のものであ
る。そしてその内外径Qまケーシング1およびカバー5
の溝部より若干小さ9寸法となって29、厚さにケーシ
ング1とカバー5の両溝部4.8の深さを加えたものよ
り厚い寸法lこなっている0 本発明によって得ら几る燃料フ4ルりの樹脂製容器(第
3図)は、第1図に示すようにケーシング1の溝部4に
発熱体10が配設され、ざらに発熱体10上部にカバー
5が、ケーシング1と力/(−5の両フランジ面が対向
するように配設される。この状g ICaいて、前述の
工うに発熱体10の厚さがケーシング1および刀バー5
の両溝部4.8の呆さを加え念ものより厚いので両7ラ
ンジ部3.7の内外周部は間隙12.13を形成する。

次にケーシング1の下方を保持固定しカバー5上方から
カを加えながら、発熱体10の外周より高周波誘導加熱
が行われると、発熱体10が発熱し、その熱によって発
熱体10周囲の樹脂が溶融さ几る0樹脂製容器の高さが
所定寸法に達した位置で高周波誘導加熱が停止され、常
温状態で所定時間放置後接合が完了する。13は読導コ

本発明に用すら几る発熱体として、全網製の発熱体20
(第4図)、ジグザグ状に加工したほり金製の発熱体3
O(第S図)を用いてもよく、前者では網目が多数の孔
21、後者では曲かったはり金とはり金の間の部分が多
数の孔31に和尚し、第1実施例の孔11と同機の作用
をする、なお、第5図の発熱体30を用いた場合、ケー

30に合ゼてジグザグ状にしてもよい。また、7279
面を二、円周方向また龜放射方向などに傾斜していfc

Claims (1)
- R放端vて7272部を有する樹脂製ケーシングのフラ
ンジ面上に、多数の孔を有しフランジ面に沿って平担な
金属製発熱体を配設し、さらに発熱体上部に前記フラン
ジ部に対応するフランジ部を有する樹脂製カバーを、ケ
ーゾングとカバーの両7ランジ面が互に対向するように
配設し、カバー上方から力をカロえながら発熱体の外周
りり高層a誘導加熱によって前記発熱体を発熱させて、
両7ランジ面金溶融し、接合させる樹脂製容器の接合方
法。
