Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液晶表示素子、半導体部品およびバス基板とからなる電
    子表示装置の構造に於いて、液晶表示素子のメタライズ
    された端子には、集積回路をテープキャリア実装した半
    導体部品の端子が半田付けされており、前記半導体部品
    は半導体部品の基材に設けられた溝又はスリット穴によ
    って液晶表示素子の裏側に折り曲げられ、液晶表示素子
    の裏面に配置されたバス基板の配線パターンに、前記半
    導体部品の他の端子が接続されている事を特徴とした電
    子表示装置。
