Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 従来、計重機の表示手段としては、秤の重量に比例して
変位するスリット板の変位量を光電変換回路でパルス列
に変換し、次いで、パルス整形回路で秤の重量が増加す
る方向に動く時をアップパルスとし、又、逆に減少する
方向に動く時をダウンパルスとなるように整形して、そ
のアップパルス、及び、ダウンパルスを次の可逆カウン
ターに入力させて品物の重量を求め、その値を重量表示
装置で表示する構成となっているから、風袋引きを行な
う手段としては、初めに風袋物を載せて、その表示され
る風袋重量を可逆計数器のリセット操作で重量値を零に
し、風袋物が載っている状態でカウンター内容が零とな
るようにするものであった。
ところが以上の方法による風袋設定の手段では、最初に
風袋物を載せた場合、単価設定がなされている時には、
その風袋型量分の金額演算が行なわれてリセット操作が
行なわれるまでの間は重量値とともに金額が表示されて
顧客に対し不信感を与えることがあった。
依って、本発明は、以上のような風袋引き操作時の金額
表示を行わず風袋重量を別に表示し、正味重量と風袋重
量を明らかにした計重機の表示装置を提供しようとする
ものである。
次に、その詳細を雄図で示す一実施例に付いて説明する
。
被計量物の重量を計量する計数器１と、その計数器１の
計数内容が加えられるレジスター２を備えて、該レジス
ター２の内容を表示する第１の表示部３を設けると共に
、上記計数器１の計数内容を表示する第２の表示部４と
計数器１の計数内容をレジスター２に記憶させ、計数器
１の内容をリセットするリセット信号発生回路５の制御
信号を発生する風袋引き操作回路６を備えたものである
。
図中の７は重量をパルス列に変換する重量検出部で、こ
の検出部７は、周知のように秤の機械系と連動して回動
するスリット板８と、そのスリット板８の一面側に配設
する光源９、及び、該スリット板８を中間に介在して、
上記光源９と対向するように配設された光電変換部１０
から構成されて、秤の可動と比例して、該光電変換部１
０よりパルス列が出力されるようになっている。
１１は上記光電変換部１０からのパルス列の入力状態に
応じ、重量を加算するアップパルスＵＰ。
或は、重量を減算するダウンパルスＤＵを判別するパル
ス整形回路である。
即ち、秤の重量が増加する場合にアップパルスＵＰが出
力され、秤の重量が減少する場合にダウンパルスＤＵが
出力される構成である。
１２は計数器１の内容をレジスター２へ通過させるか、
又は、非通過状態とするかの制御を目的とする第１ゲー
ト回路で、１３は計数器１の内容を第２の表示部４、及
び、金額演算回路１４へ通過させるか、又は、非通過状
態とするかの制御を目的とする第２ゲート回路である。
１５は単価設定回路で、この回路１５に設定された単価
の値と計数器１からの重量の値とを掛算し、その結果を
金額として表示部１６に表示するようになっている。
Ｓｌは風袋引きを行なうか否かによってオン、又は、オ
フの操作を行なうスイッチで、Ｓ２は風袋引き操作押釦
スイッチである。
１７はアンド・ゲートである。
本発明は、上記の如き構成を有するもので、次にその作
用に付いて説明する。
先ず、風袋引きを行なう場合の計量に付いて説明する。
初めに風袋引き可能スイッチＳ１をオンにセットして、
第１ゲート１２の一入力端子に信号′Ｐ。
を加え、次いで秤に風袋物を載せると、その風袋重量は
、重量検出部７からパルス整形回路１１を通じ計数器１
に、アップパルスＵＰ１又は、タウンパルスＤＵとして
加えられて可逆計数が行なわれる。
それと同時に該計数器１の計数内容値αは、第。
１ゲート１２を通じてレジスター２に加えられ、その内
容の出力信号Ｐ２を以って風袋重量が次の第１表示部３
によって表示されることになる。
その場合、計数器１からの計数内容値αは第２ゲート１
３により非通過状態に禁止されているのＪで、第２の表
示部４、及び、金額の演算回路１４側には入力されるこ
とがなく、依って重量表示並に、金額演算は果されるこ
とはない。
以上のように風袋重量が計量された時点で、風袋引き操
作押釦スイッチＳ２をオンさせることに弓よって、前記
風袋引き可能スイッチＳ１を通じる信号と、風袋引き操
作押釦スイッチＳ２を通じる信号との一致でアンド・ゲ
ート１７を通じ風袋引き操作回路６がセットされ、その
回路６より信号Ｐ３．Ｐ５が各出力されることになる。
従って、その一方の信号Ｐ３により第１ゲート１２の通
過を禁止させるとともにレジスター２の内容を、該ゲー
ト１２を通じ循環させるようにセットを行ない風袋重量
の記憶が行なわれる。
又、それと同時にその信号Ｐ３と、前記風袋引き可能ス
イッチＳ１を通じる信号Ｐ１との一致によりアンド・ゲ
ート１８、インバータ１９を介し与えられる信号Ｐ４が
、第２ゲート１３のアンド・ゲート２０の一方入力端子
に加えられ、計数器１からの計数内容値αを第２の表示
部及び金額演算回路１４へ通過可能となる。
又、それと同時に操作回路６からの出力信号Ｐ５により
リセット信号発生回路５をセットし、リセット信号Ｐ６
を発生させて、上記計数器１の内容を零リセットする。
以上の状態では載せられている風袋物の重量のみが第１
表示部３に表示される状態である。
従って、計量する物品を載せることによって、計数器１
は零点から計数がなされ、その出力の値αは第２ゲート
１３のアンド・ゲート２０を通じ第２の表示部４に加え
られ正味重量が表示なされるとともに、金額演算回路１
４に加えられて、予じめ設定される単価設定回路１５の
単価との掛算が行なわれ、その結果の金額が次の金額表
示部１６において表示される。
以上のように風袋引きの作用がなされるか、風袋引きが
行なわれない場合には、風袋引き可能スイッチＳ１をオ
フにセットすることによって、第２ゲート１３は通過状
態となり、計数器１の計数内容値αは第２ゲート１３を
通じ第２の表示部４、及び、演算回路１４に与えられ、
重量表示と金額の演算及び、表示がなされることになる
。
このようにして成る本発明ぼ、風袋引き可能スイッチＳ
１を設けて、そのスイッチＳ１のオン、及び、オフの操
作で、計数器１の内容をレジスター２側へ加えるか、或
は、金額の演算回路に加えるかのゲート切換えを行ない
、風袋引き操作押釦スイッチＳ２の操作で、風袋重量の
記憶と計数器１の内容を零にリセットするようにし、次
の計数内容を第２の表示部４と金額演算回路１４へ加え
るようにしたから、従来のように風袋計量時に金額の表
示がなされることがないので、顧客に対し不信感を与え
ることがない効果がある。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 被計量物の重量を計量する計数器と、その計数器の
    計数内容が加えられるレジスターを備えて、該レジスタ
    ーの内容を表示する第１の表示部を設けると共に、上記
    計数器の計数内容を表示する第２の表示部と計数器の計
    数内容をレジスターに記憶させ、計数器の内容をリセッ
    トするリセット信号発生回路の制御信号を発生する風袋
    引き操作回路を備え、風袋重量を第１の表示部で表示し
    、且つ、正味重量を第２の表示部で表示し、風袋重量を
    計重している時は金額表示を果さない手段を構成した事
    を特徴とする計重機の表示装置。
