Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上下に移動可能な円筒軸に環設した基台と、該基台の側
    部両側に平行に且つ円筒軸に対し直角に取付けられた一
    対のアーム軸と、該アーム軸の先端に下方に垂下する如
    く取付けられた保持部材と、前記基台を円筒軸を中心と
    して一定角度変位する為の旋回機構とよりなり、基台は
    アーム軸を一定角度変位させる為の角度変位機構を備え
    、保持部材は円周部がくびれだ各一対の保持リングをア
    ーム軸と平行に配設すると共に、アーム軸の角度変位に
    対応して前記各一対の保持リングが拡開且つ狭閉可能に
    構成し、更に前記旋回機構は基台の角度変位を調整可能
    に構成した半導体製造用ウェハー等の搬送装置。
