CONSTITUTION:Magnetic fluxes from magnets 7-1 and 7-2 penetrate coils, 3-1 and 3-2 the Z axis through yokes 6 and, 8-1 and 8-2, and further penetrate the half parts of coils 4-1 and 4-2 for the X axis. Further, magnetic fields established by magnets 5-1 and 5-2 are applied to the half parts of coils 5-1 and 5-2 for the Y axis. Thus, a cylindrical photodetector 1 is driven in three perpendicular directions X, Y and Z, and osicllation part for the X and Z directions use a magnetic circuit in common, thereby simplifying the structure.
