Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a light-weight and thin magnetic circuit for speaker, by making two cylindrical ferrite magnets opposite to each other with the same poles while interposing a pole piece and by making poles of the pole piece junction end face and the opposite-side end face of each magnet different from each other. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical ferrite magnets 31 and 38 are opposite to each other vertically while interposing flat cylindrical pole piece 33. Magnetic gap part 32 is formed by pole piece 33 and yoke 34 connected to the lower end face of magnet 38. A movable bobbin is installed in gap part 32. Since magnets 38 and 31 have no hollow part, it is unnecessary to enlarge the diameter in respect to the junction area to yoke 34 or pole piece 33, and then, thin ferrite magnets are desirable as magnets 31 and 38, and maget 31 on pole piece 33 encloses the leak magnetic flux above the pole piece into the space formed by the pole piece and yoke 34 to increase the magnetic flux density generated in magnetic gap part 32 considerably. Thus, a low-cost resource economizing magnetic circuit for speaker can be obtained.
