1,164,307. Moving coil loudspeakers. GENERAL ELECTRIC CO. 21 Nov., 1966 [21 Dec., 1965], No. 52085/66. Heading H4J. [Also in Division H1] A moving coil loudspeaker, Fig. 3, comprises a cylindrical magnet 1 having its poles encircling the opposite ends of its curved surface (see Division H1) mounted with its lower pole in contact with a magnetic return path 12 which is formed as an integral part of the basket 11. The coil 15 is suspended in the air gap between the upper pole of magnet 1 and the return path 12.
