Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce magnetic resistance and improve magnetic efficiency by laminating plane yoke and reed piece to the direction of plate thickness, making the reed piece and the yoke oppose upward and downward, and consituting the magnetic circuit by the reed piece and the yoke.
CONSTITUTION: Two yokes 23, 26 made of semirectangular magnetic plates are placed one on the other in parallel and each end facing the opposite direction. A wider base section 21 of a reed 20 is fixed between the end sections 24, 27 of the yokes 23, 26. An edge 22 of the reed 20 is placed between the other end sections 25, 28 of the yokes 23, 26. Inside surfaces of the end sections 25, 28 are considered to be magnetic surfaces 25a, 28a respectively, and a N pole and a S pole of permanent magnets 30, 31 are installed on the upper and lower surfaces of a set of the end sections 25, 28 where a winding axis A of a coil 29 wound around the reed 20 is installed. With this constitution by means of the reed 20 and yokes 23, 26, a magnetic circuit is formed, which reduces leakage of magnetic flux thereby improving magnetic efficiency.
