Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to operate a polarized electromagnet device in high sensitivity by performing directly a shaft and bearing functions in the round shaft of an armature and the inner hole of a winding shaft respectively to reduce the inner diameter of the coil. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower horizontal plates 3 are provided at both sides of permanent magnet 1 disposed at the intermediate therebetween, and a pair of right and left magnetic pole pieces 4 confronting each other in parallel is provided at both ends of the horizontal plates 3. A round coil frame 5 having an inner hole is installed between the pole pieces 4, and an armature 8 is incorporated between the round shaft 9 passing through the inner hole and both side pole pieces 4. The bearing function is performed directly through the round shaft 9 of the armature 8 and the inner hole of the winding shaft 5 to reduce the inner diameter of the coil so as to thereby enable to operate the polarized electromagnet device in high sensitivity.
