CONSTITUTION:The ?-shape yokes 22a, 22b are fixed to both the end parts of the core 20 being wound with the coil 21 in back to back condition by welding, etc. The mutually facing two sides 27a, 27b of the ?-shape armature 24 consisting of the permanent magnet 25 having N pole at the upper part and S pole at the lower part and being adhered with iron plates 26a, 26b on both the sides are inserted between the facing magnetic pole pieces 28a, 28b between 29a, 29b of the yokes 22a, 22b. Moreover the armature 24 is fixed on the case side swingable freely in relation to the core 20 by hinge members 31a, 31b provided at the outside center of the other facing two sides 30a, 30b of the armature 24.
